The LIPP digester system has a modular design: digester chamber volumes ranging from 100 m3 to 3.500 m3 per unit are available – with an integrated gas accumulator and all the necessary functional and safety elements in each case. The combination of digester and gas accumulator provides a compact solution and saves on expensive pipeline construction and additional containers.

The LIPP Universal digester essentially consists of a (Verinox®) stainless steel tank with a modular design. Panel heating and insulation are fitted on the outside and are easily accessible. Thermal yield is optimised due to the good conductivity of the steel. The tank is covered by a self-supporting stainless steel diaphragm roof which is particularly corrosion-resistant, making it suitable for use with aggressive media.

At the heart of the LIPP UniCentralmix is a stainless steel tank (in Verinox®) with a digester chamber volume of 100 to 7000 m3. The tank is mixed by an energy efficient central agitator, which is designed to suit the individual application. The tank is covered by a welded stainless steel diaphragm construction, which is fitted without bolts and ensures maximum sealing. In addition, insulation and wall heating can be fitted to the outside of the digester, with easy access.

Panel heating and insulation can be fitted on the outside and are easily accessible. In addition, the good thermal conductivity of the steel promotes optimised heat input. There is a wide variety of roof constructions to choose from for covering the tank:
